Portrait of Clara (as a chemist)
3 weeks ago
Meanwhile the mind, from pleasure less,
Withdraws into its happiness:
The mind, that ocean where each kind
Does straight its own resemblance find;
Yet it creates, transcending these,
Far other worlds, and other seas;
Annihilating all that's made
To a green thought in a green shade.
Andrew Marvell, "The Garden" 41-48

I have already cried a couple of times today.
What a night. Amazing. No words.
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There were tears over here!
I definitely burst into tears of joy. And am still doing so, but it doesn't take much with me.
