Portrait of Clara (as a chemist)
3 weeks ago
Meanwhile the mind, from pleasure less,
Withdraws into its happiness:
The mind, that ocean where each kind
Does straight its own resemblance find;
Yet it creates, transcending these,
Far other worlds, and other seas;
Annihilating all that's made
To a green thought in a green shade.
Andrew Marvell, "The Garden" 41-48

That restaurant sounds fantastic. I wish that you would eat the tots and report about them.
Have fun--wish I could join you for the restaurant, maybe not so much for the renaissance papers.
I wish! But maybe next year. Have fun.
Alas, I'm actually going to BE in Chicago, but I shall be escorting fifteen students, so I don't think my time will be my own at all.
